We recently had the pleasure of working on the brochure design for a new home development: Linwood Park by Amiri Homes – and we couldn’t be more proud of how it turned out.
From the very beginning, the goal was to create a piece that felt as considered and high-quality as the homes themselves. This wasn’t just a sales tool – it was designed to tell a story and reflect the thoughtful craftsmanship behind the homes.
Photography takes the lead, with stunning location and lifestyle shots featured throughout. Large, bold imagery draws readers in and paints a vivid picture of life at Linwood Park.
To give the brochure a tactile, layered quality, we played with cut-out shapes and overlays. The colour palette- soft greens, warm neutrals, and earthy tones – was inspired by the natural surroundings, grounding the visual identity in the countryside landscape.
To bring in warmth and authenticity, we added hand-drawn doodles and charming design flourishes. A bespoke site plan and custom location map helped orient prospective buyers while blending seamlessly into the overall layout.
But great brochure design for new home developments goes beyond visuals. We also advised on print specifications, resulting in a rich dark blue Colorplan cover stock with a silver foiled logo on both the front and back. The result? A premium, tactile finish that feels as elevated as the homes themselves.
