We’re thrilled to share that our client, Knights Brown, has successfully won the tender for the Paignton and Preston Promenade Flood Alleviation and Public Realm Scheme – and we’re proud to have played a part in this exciting achievement!

The scheme, led by Torbay Council, is an important project aimed at protecting the local community from flooding while enhancing the public spaces along the much-loved Paignton and Preston promenades. Knights Brown’s commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure and community value made them the perfect fit for this project, and we were delighted to help them showcase their expertise through a suite of creative materials for their tender submission.
Our work included a variety of engaging assets designed to bring the tender to life and resonate with the local community. We created:
- Custom illustrations featuring iconic landmarks and buildings in Paignton and Preston
- Detailed illustrated maps of the area
- Seaside-themed vector illustrations that reflected the character of the region
- Hoarding designs to enhance the site during construction
- Mini promotional cards for community events
- Newsletter designs to keep stakeholders informed
- Bus stop advertisements for public engagement
- Leaflets to communicate key information

We combined the bright, bold branding of Torbay Council with Knights Brown’s Glow created brand identity to produce eye-catching and memorable designs that stood out.
Working closely with the Knights Brown tendering team, we ensured that every element of the submission reflected their values, vision, and the positive impact they would bring to the project. We’re so proud to have contributed to this success and can’t wait to see the project come to life!
Congratulations to Knights Brown – and thank you for letting us be part of your journey!
