We have just launched a brand-new website for Incendo, and this project was all about capturing what makes them truly different.
Incendo, led by Justin, specialises in custom workforce development. They create programmes that spark improvements in knowledge, skills and behaviour that last. There is nothing off the shelf here. Every programme is built around the unique challenges, culture and goals of the organisation, which ensures the results are practical, relevant and permanent.
When the work you deliver is this tailored, your website cannot just be a brochure. It needs to show what makes you stand out. That means making sure the design and content reflect your personality, values and approach. When you get this right, you create instant connection with the people who will benefit most from what you offer.
For Incendo, that personality is bold, passionate and focused. The name comes from the Latin for “I set alight” and Justin’s work is exactly that: sparking lasting change in people and teams. We brought that energy into the design with bright, fire-inspired colours, a clean and human-centred layout, and plenty of white space so the content breathes.

One of the highlights of this project was how collaborative it was. Justin came into the studio to work with us directly on refining the design and content. That easy-going and communicative relationship meant decisions were made quickly, ideas could be explored in real time, and the end result feels personal and authentic to him and his brand.
We kept the large pull quotes from the old site because they are a huge part of the brand story. Programme listings now make it simple to share specific topics, which helps with promotion and makes the site a useful tool beyond first impressions.
Navigation is seamless with no dead ends, and the fully responsive build means it looks and works beautifully on any device. The finished site shows how Incendo creates tailored solutions that change the way people think, work and lead for good.
