Our work centred on a clear Workday partner marketing framework that adapts across regions while staying coherent – refining brand messaging, aligning visual identity, and ensuring every communication speaks with one voice. A key part of the project was supporting Helios’ growing apprenticeship division, helping position it as an accessible, credible entry point into a highly skilled industry and strengthening employer branding along the way.
