Glow has partnered with Cyclife Aquila Nuclear Engineering since it was formed – as Aquila Nuclear Engineering – in 2011. Glow was approached before the launch to create the brand, website and all marketing collateral.
We have continued to provide a full design and marketing service ever since.

At the core is trust, openness and fluidity of strategic plans and projects. Lisa Lavis, Glow’s CEO leads the partnership by offering strategic and leadership skills; strategy for the board and leadership and mentoring for its marketing team.
We work with the internal teams to map out the strategic direction of the business and identify what marketing solutions are required, to meet it.
In December 2021 Aquila was sold to Cyclife EDF Group and this followed with a full rebrand to become Cyclife Aquila Nuclear.
Glow’s design & creative team work closely with Aquila’s internal marketing team, on a daily basis tracking all projects on Trello. From internal comms, animations, website development, brand guidelines and the execution of design and marketing campaigns. We keep the marketing plan on track, delivering creativity, strategy and insight, on time and with pace.
