Workplace Wellbeing at Glow

This snap captures two very important parts of life at Glow, and both sit at the heart of our approach to workplace wellbeing.

First up, Carole, our wonderful Pilates teacher, who keeps us bendy, balanced, and vaguely able to sit at our desks each week. Stretching, laughing, the occasional wobble… all part of the process. Making space for movement during the working week is something we genuinely value, not a nice-to-have.

Then there’s Laura, our brilliant Head of Comms, over from Texas and finally in the same room as us rather than on a screen. A rare treat, a festive bonus, and a reminder that some colleagues really are worth crossing an ocean for. Connection matters, especially when much of modern work happens remotely.

For us, workplace wellbeing is about more than exercise or perks. It’s about people feeling supported, seen, and part of something real. It’s movement, yes, but it’s also laughter, shared time, and those moments that strengthen team culture in ways no meeting ever could.

Weekly movement is non-negotiable for us. Good people even more so 💛
