It’s that time of year again and we’ve just finished the 2023 PHA Homes Annual report!
Designing PHA Homes’ annual report is an exciting opportunity for our creative team. With PHAs’ open-mindedness and flexibility, we can push the boundaries of its brand. Incorporating visuals, infographics, and narratives, all helping to create an immersive experience. Aligned with their vision and objectives, we ensured a visually stunning and impactful report that reflects their brand identity.
The design of PHA Homes’ 2023 annual report embodies a modern and community-focused aesthetic. The cover presents a clean and professional layout, with a photograph of contemporary housing, likely a reflection of PHA’s core services. The color scheme prominently features soft blues and purples, evoking a sense of trust and warmth. The title, “A sense of belonging,” is bold and contrasts against the calm background, drawing attention to the report’s theme of community and inclusion.
Inside, the design continues with vibrant, contrasting colors that delineate sections clearly, such as purple for titles and key information, and blues and greens for supporting data. The layout is clean and visually accessible, using large blocks of text alongside infographics, charts, and images that enhance readability and engagement. Visual elements like the sun and kite add a playful touch to data-heavy sections, such as tenant satisfaction, making statistics more approachable.
Images of residents and outdoor spaces further emphasise the theme of community, while financial data is presented in a clear, comparative style. Overall, the design feels purposeful, mixing professionalism with warmth, making the report not only informative but visually appealing.
