Aquila’s Engineering & Projects Director approached Glow to design a recruitment pack, containing a full suite of marketing materials for its attendance at the recent Engineering Design Show held in Richoh Arena, Coventry. The pack included Aquila’s benefits, job descriptions, career progression plans, location and relocation packages plus full details of current career opportunities; which include roles for senior mechanical design engineers, project managers, project engineers and principal engineers.
Glow created a striking and powerful design, pulling on Aquila’s strengths as a progressive and leading Nuclear Engineering company, and developed this across the suite of materials. The recruitment campaign is also going to include a series of adverts, direct marketing pieces and social media posts. It’s a strong recruitment initiative and a clear representation of Aquila’s values and commitment to supporting its staff.
