Junior Graphic Designer

The Role

We are seeking a junior graphic designer to join the Glow team!

The role will be required from July 2021.

Office location: Wickham, Hampshire. Flexible working available.

About you

You’ll have a keen interest in all things design and a willingness to learn. You’re either a graduate or a current junior designer, looking for agency experience.

What’s the day to day?

We’re a small, fast-paced design agency. The role will require the following:

A comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop)
Print Design
Digital & Web Design
Brand Design
Updating existing websites (No coding experience required)
Creating assets for social media
Project management
Final artworking
Liaising with clients and suppliers
Designing Microsoft templates (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Must haves:

A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and developing design skills
Have an obsession with design – for print and digital
Attention to detail and focus on delivering to deadlines
Be a team player
A sense of humour
An excellent communicator
Local to Wickham, Hampshire

Nice to haves:

B2B design experience
Ability to proof/edit copy
Knowledge of After Effects/Premiere Pro/Sketch
