We’ve been designing the menu for The Florence Arms, part of The Mercer Collection – a group of beautiful boutique hotels and eateries in Southsea, Hampshire. We’ve worked with Mercer since 2012 and love seeing the business grow and thrive.
The Mercer Collection
The Collection is six luxurious properties redesigned, renovated, and refurbished to the highest of standards, situated in Southsea, a delightful area of Portsmouth. Portsmouth hosts the Historic Dockyard, Gunwharf Quays- a large outlet shopping area, museums, and children’s attractions, such as the Sealife Centre and attractive gardens and walks.
