In the studio this week we’ve been supporting and helping clients to deliver key messages regarding their latest COVID-19 company updates. As the majority of us are working remotely during this time, clear communication has never been so important. Our client GO! Southampton believes this too and has been busy providing updates to its community, local businesses and suppliers.
We’ve been assisting GO! Southampton to make sure its communications and supporting documents are well designed, easy to read and approachable. This included creating website banners, e-shot and social media headers, post templates, an email signature and a letter.
The design for these deliverables needed to focus on the concept of pulling together and supporting one another, whilst also featuring the strapline ‘Supporting your business. Stronger together’.
The Glow team created two concept designs, both of which used the brand styling and an illustrative, conceptual approach.
GO! Southampton was keen to let local businesses and the community know that the Business Improvement District (BID) team stands ready to support them in whatever way they can. They’re also helping the Council and others with their ongoing COVID-19 planning to support the City economy and businesses. It’s great to see Southampton and surrounding areas pulling together.
Go! Southampton is the Business Improvement District (BID) for Southampton City Centre. Working in partnership with local stakeholders, the BID’s ultimate aim is to realise Southampton’s potential as a world-class city, which will in turn benefit residents, visitors and – most of all – the businesses that fund it.
Glow has been working with the team at Go! Southampton for two years, in this time we have designed multiple campaigns for its seasonal events that aim to increase footfall across the city, including Seaside in the Square, Christmas in Southampton and The Ghost Trail to name a few.
