We first started our Glow ‘walk n talks’ during the lockdown months. Desperate for human interaction and a chance to do some planning sessions, we often met with our camping chairs and flasks of coffees. It got us through and we made some fabulous plans.

Roll on to 2024 where we can meet, chat, hug whenever we want to (phew!) we still have regular walk and talk sessions.

Last week, LL and Glow’s chief of accounts, Sophie met for a long, muddy and beautiful walk around the Meon Valley, just north of Bishops Waltham. We checked on financial reports, xero and all things money. We also saw some of the best bluebell fields around.

I know we all say it, and it’s not easy to fit in but getting out, and simply going for a walk can yield huge benefits for you, your business and strategy.
