If you’re like us, 2021 has flown by and has had everything thrown at it; from amazing, big achievements and fun times (Lavis’s 50th was one) to brutally hard times too. We have no shame in saying that the long dark days of the first quarter were, at times, tough and our years of resilience training plus understanding our own emotional intelligence, were tools we had to draw from.

We’re a strong team and we support each other massively but there’s no denying it, we couldn’t have got through the past 12 months without the incredible business network we belong to.

So, this year instead of our fizz, chocolates or brandy miniatures (sorry guys; we’ll make it up to you at Easter 😉) we are making a donation to, MIND. The fight for mental health is still real and we know that there are many people out there struggling right now, perhaps looking and acting just the same as normal.

Reading the Mind website is testament to this.

Team Glow are big optimists about the future, and there are so many exciting new initiatives and plans that we can’t wait to start in 2022. But for now, we want to send a huge, heartfelt thank you to all our clients, suppliers and associates, who, over the last year, have made it so much better – who have given us laughs, energy, pep talks and just brilliant projects to work on.
