Building on Aquila Nuclear Engineering‘s fantastic contract win back in April, we continue to work with the Aquila team to design and produce professional marketing materials. In just the past two weeks, we’ve designed and produced new case studies, designed an Aquila advert for the Nuclear Institute‘s Nuclear Future magazine, created a branded employee presentation and supported them in delivering an employee event at the Aquila offices in Twyford, Hampshire.

Aquila is continuing to grow and wanted to use the advertising space to promote the various vacancies within the team. The advert promotes its HR strategy which is to establish Aquila’s People Excellence and Human Capital. The strategy sets the direction for all its key areas of talent and performance management as well as employee development. As outlined by Aquila’s Head of People and Organisational Development, Dr Nara Ringrose “Professional and inspiring employees make us want to achieve more and make Aquila Nuclear Engineering the best place to work”.

Glow works closely with the commercial and HR teams at Aquila to produce social media posts twice weekly. We have created a social media planner and both parties contribute regularly, maintaining it as a key part of the overall marketing & HR strategy.

At Glow we created the  Aquila brand ten years ago and it has gone from strength to strength, with the team at Aquila really valuing the importance of good quality and well-designed marketing materials.

As well as producing all associated branding materials, we have acted as Aquila’s design and marketing support team for over 10 years. We’re proud to have Aquila as a client, and proud of the brand and identity that they have established since the company began in 2011.
