🛥️We’ve been busy designing a suite of Captain’s Guides for our client IGY, a collection of Marinas with set luxury standards for service and quality in nautical tourism world wide, catering to a variety of vessel types.

We must admit, it’s a lovely project to work on, we get to use some stunning imagery and learn about the local areas of some absolutely beautiful locations. If only they needed some site visits!

An already strong and established brand style, we thought we’d share some information about each marina location we’ve been working on:

Portisco, Sardina, Italy

Located at the gateway to the Costa Smeralda, it is one of the most popular destinations in the Mediterranean. It is the perfect starting point for a cruise around the La Maddalena Archipelago or heading west to the Asinara National Park, while to the south, just a few miles away, lie the majestic Tavolara and Molara which are part of the Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area, habitat of the Caretta Caretta turtle and other protected species.

Sète, South of France

Known as the “Little Venice” of the Languedoc, Sète is a wonderfully charming cultural destination and one of the most conveniently located superyacht berthing locations in the region being centrally positioned between the Côte d’Azur and Barcelona. Local attractions include Musée Paul Valéry, a fine art gallery, Saint-Louis Lighthouse, offering panoramic views of the city, harbour and port and Mont St. Clair standing at 183 metres high.

Vieux-Port de Cannes

A historical site in the heart of the city of Cannes, IGY Vieux-Port de Cannes is a dynamic Port of the French Riviera.

Thanks to its ideal location, IGY Vieux-Port de Cannes offers a privileged access to the local life: its Forville market, its restaurants and its bars on the Quay St Pierre. Shuttles run regularly to the Lerins Islands, unique and preserved jewels of the Côte d’Azur heritage.

Porto Cervo, Costa Smeralda

Marina di Porto Cervo is one of the most sophisticated and comfortable harbours in the Mediterranean Sea. It offers tranquility and relaxation for guests who want to holiday on the luxurious Costa Smeralda, which boasts unique beaches and exudes luxury and tradition. The Marina di Porto Cervo complex is divided into two parts. The East Pier, known as the Porto Vecchio, is located in the Porto Cervo area; the second is the Marina Nuova, situated in the Marina.
