What we did
We designed a landscape brochure for Linwood Park, creating a clean, editorial layout that balances lifestyle storytelling with clear property information. The brochure was structured to guide potential buyers through the development, from introduction to detailed home layouts, while maintaining a premium and approachable feel. We incorporated hand-drawn illustrations to add warmth and character, alongside carefully considered typography, grid systems, and imagery that work seamlessly with CGI and stock visuals. The result is a cohesive marketing piece that elevates the development and supports sales through clarity, consistency, and visual appeal, in line with the project brief
