Here we are, team Glow! (and partners, friends, clients) enjoying the super Central South Business Awards at the end of September.

Glow was truly humbled to be a finalist in the category, ‘Employer of the Year’ award. Entering this award underpinned our 100% commitment to people, wellbeing, and personal growth. Twenty-five years ago, Glow’s CEO and Founder, Lisa Lavis worked in corporate London for global accountancy firm, Deloitte. Lisa recalls how it was just so different then. “All nighters were common, the atmosphere harsh, it could be bitchy and there was certainly no conception or recognition of wellbeing. To be honest, it was brutal.” It was during her time at Deloitte that Lisa vowed to one day run her own business where people came first. And where emotional agility and intelligence was on everyone’s personal review. 22 years later, Glow is living and breathing this vision and it’s smiles all round.
