A new website for DOC Cleaning


We’re super excited to share the new website for DOC Cleaning, a family company with traditional values. Glow has been working with the DOC team over the last 2 years to create and build a personal brand style to really showcase its strong reputation and great customer relationships. Along with the website we have also created videos, presentations and animations.

DOC’s brief for the website was to appear friendly and approachable, while being client-focussed, completely driven by quality of service with a heavy focus on its history and traditional values.

As standard with our website service, Glow provided two concepts upon a completed brief. The chosen concept really emphasised the approachable nature of the company which still appearing professional and sleek.

DOC is big on relationships, both with staff and clients and it has a powerful ESG (Environmental, social, and corporate governance) framework. This is obvious throughout its new site, which is jam-packed with information. The site designed as a platform for new and existing clients to research into the company.

The cleaning industry is saturated with blue brands, so while DOC’s main brand colour is a nark navy, Glow suggested a palette or blue, purple and teal to add a warm feel to the brand.

DOC Cleaning’s clients really value its approach and the quality of its work. Several of them have been with them for more than 40 years. It is proud to count some of the world’s most iconic buildings, businesses, museums, and tourist attractions in our growing portfolio.

Using a mix of imagery and icons, we were able to create a strong sense of brand.

About DOC Cleaning

DOC Cleaning was established in 1972, as a small family business. Over fifty years later, it has grown considerably and now have over 1,300 staff and annual turnover in excess of £28m. It remains an independent, family led business with an emphasis on exceptional standards, trusted relationships, and traditional values. In addition, it is always looking to improve, progress and innovate.

Operating predominantly in London and the Southeast, it has now expanded to provide managed services throughout the whole of the UK.

It’s core job is cleaning buildings – to an exceptional standard.
