Knights Brown Community Engagement Guidelines

We have recently been working with the team at Knights Brown to update their Community Engagement Guidelines document.

The Glow Studio created the original document back in 2017 and it has continued to evolve ever since. The latest update includes a lot more content so we have increased the size from a 16-pager to 32 pages, and created graphics and changed the layout to make all the information easy to navigate.

This latest version of the Community Engagement Guidelines has a focus on Communication and Social Value, including why and how Knights Brown communicates with project stakeholders and contributes to creating social value in communities.

Communications

Knights Brown works closely with customers to ensure the people affected by, or interested in, its construction projects receive timely, relevant and accurate information about the project and understand how they may be affected. Provide opportunities for people to give feedback, ask questions and raise any issues of concern.

Social value

Knights Brown seek to improve the quality of life of people in communities by understanding what’s important to them, how improvements could be delivered, and identifying a relevant and proportionate means of contributing to their environmental, economic and social well-being.

We already know how much Knights Brown care about the communities that they work in and we’re proud to be involved in this work through the designs that we create for Knights Brown, from visually appealing community noticeboards to a hard-hitting speeding awareness campaign.
