We recently created an updated Right Works Manual for our long-standing client, Knights Brown. Right Works is its approach to continuous improvement that rewards success at the same time as recognising lessons to learn.
Knights Brown has always been incredibly proactive with its communications, both internally and externally and always strive to improve its offerings, service and projects.
The Right Works Manual acts as a single point of reference and encompasses all vital components in the successful management of its projects and overall understanding of the business’s aim and objectives. This includes: The Right Works Code, Vision & Guiding Principles, Brand Guidelines, Community Engagement Guidelines, Business & Divisional Priorities and The Business Strategy.
The code itself is broken into 6 supporting pillars which is underpinned by a robust assessment of the pertinent risks and opportunities.
Glow’s task was to present all of the key information in a compact document, with section dividers for easy navigation. For the refresh we were also asked to create simple icons to represent each of the 6 supporting pillars which could be used throughout all communications for a cohesive feel.
