As we settle in to 2024, we’re reflecting on some of our favourite projects of last year…
Lisa L’s Favourite
One of LL’s favourite projects of 2023 was the rebrand for our client Cyclife Aquila Nuclear. The new identity reflected the business being recognised as part of the prestigious Cyclife and French EDF brand. And wow it packed a punch! It was a fabulous project to work on that embedded all our skills – from brand consultancy, internal comms support, animated showreels, a new website, video, presentations plus new brand guidelines. Bravo to the Cyclife Aquila Nuclear & Glow teams, a great job!
LB’s Favourite
LB’s really enjoyed working with Serenity Holidays. Not only did we get to look at stunning imagery while creating beautiful designs for them but the team are great to work with. Working to fast paced deadlines and a B2C market has been brilliant, as well as learning all about the destinations. It’s certainly given her some more trips for her bucket list!
Marks’s Favourite
Mark loved working on the 007 ‘parody’ themed Monaco Boat party invitation for IGY Marinas. The event, held in late September 2023, was unique, targeting Ultra High Net Worth individuals; and demanded a design that exuded sophistication and intrigue. With this project, we enjoyed having creative freedom, enabling us to create an exceptionally distinctive design. Gaining inspiration from recent James Bond movies, we produced an exquisite array of materials that truly captivated the target audience.
While we’ve loved working on all our projects in 2023, some other close contenders were:
A rebrand video for HFC
In 2023 Hampshire Flags rebranded to HFC (see its new website). The company has over thirty-five staff and sells all over the UK. As a family run business, trading for 44 years, HFC was keen to narrate both the rebrand and the core values and ethos of the company. HFC approached Glow to bring this story to light.
Wickham Festival & Portsmouth Water
If you attended Wickham Festival in 2023 you may have seen Glow’s designs around the site. Our client, Portsmouth Water, is sponsored the event and has many different promotions located throughout the festival.
Knights Brown Guiding Principles Update
Working with employees, Knights Brown defined its guiding principles and values to relate directly to how they treat each other, those they work with, and how they make decisions. Glow was tasked with creating an identity for Knights Brown’s values a few years ago, to design something to help employees identify with the values and ensure consistency when talking about them.
PHA Homes 2022 Annual Report
Designing PHA Homes’ 2022 annual report is an exciting opportunity for our creative team. With PHAs’ open-mindedness and flexibility, we can push the boundaries of its brand. Incorporating visuals, infographics, and narratives, all helping to create an immersive experience. Aligned with their vision and objectives, ensuring a visually stunning and impactful report that reflects their brand identity.
